Refund policy

All brand new items are returnable within 30 days of delivery. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if I received damaged items?

• We will replace any damaged items for free. Send an email to us at hello@lava-official.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will ship you a replacement once we confirm it.

Are there any charges for return?

• We offer free returns on all US orders except on returns that are a result of ordering the wrong size, the return cost must be paid by the customer. Therefore please ensure that you check our Size Guide carefully.
• International buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

All returns will be processed within 3 business days. Please contact us at hello@lava-official.com if your return isn't processed after 3 business days.

When am I eligible for a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
